March 18th, 2010 Christians’ Persecution Throughout The World—But Remain Strong Unto The End
Never before since the beginning of Christianity has so much opposition been level against Christianity as a religion and against Christians who profess and follow this religion. Individuals, organizations, opposing religions, and even many governments around the world have mandates and manifestos that oppose the teaching, preaching, and the following of this religion.
Christians who dare to practice their beliefs in such hostile lands are often intimidated, imprisoned, physically beaten, unmercifully tortured, and in too many cases put to death simply because of their beliefs and practices. Many Christians are persecuted day and night without any legal recourse. Thousands have lost all of their worldly possessions including homes and vehicles as well.
It’s not uncommon for Christians to be fired from their jobs without an explanation whatsoever. Some have had their businesses confiscated and illegally taken away from them without a reason. In many places Christians do not have the same protection under the law as their neighbors and fellow countrymen. And it is sad to say that because of such harsh and unfair treatment some Christians give in and give up. Read “Christians Remain Strong Unto The End”
