Making It In a Tough Economy… Real Help Is Available

For many it’s a struggle just to try and get by from day to day and the prospect of things getting better doesn’t look very promising. It has been reported by reliable sources that the economy hasn’t been this bad since the great depression. And it’s clear to see that there are large numbers of people who for the first time are unemployed and desperately looking for ways to avoid what appears to be pending disaster.

Millions of households around the country are now having difficult times staying afloat and millions more are just one step from being in the same condition. Because of the high rate of unemployment many organizations, agencies and individuals that donate and provide services to the poor are unable to keep up with the increasing demands by those who really need assistance. Many communities and even large cities are feeling the crunch from large layoffs and downsizing from companies that once provided stable employment for generations.

In fact, the world’s economy has been in a tailspin for several years now and it appears that the worst may not be over. With the world now sharing a global economy practically every country is connected to every other country in some way financially. And when one country economy is adversely affected it can have serious ramifications for other countries as well. All around the world millions and millions of people are feeling the impact of a sluggish economy.

But the truth is throughout the millenniums hard times and hardships have plagued mankind: depressions, recessions, natural disasters, wars, and even rumors of wars have brought about massive suffering and untold deaths around the world. It’s no wonder that the world is filled with so much grief and sorrow today.

Although it might appear that there is no way out; no hope; no chance, and we are at the mercies of a few selfish rich people who control everything—we’re not. If we choose to view these problems purely from a natural perspective then for sure we can become overwhelmed and distraught but there is another way to view these problems and that is from a spiritual perspective.

We were given the word of God many, many years ago and His teachings and instructions are just as relevant today as they were thousands of years ago, and that’s because God’s word is timeless and boundless as well. The problems that plague mankind today are no less relevant than they were over four thousand years earlier. And it is God’s will that all people all around the world will come into a loving and faithful relationship with Him and His Son, Jesus Christ.

The God of Abraham, Issac, and Jacob, the great “I AM” (Yahweh, Jehovah) created man to have an abundant life filled with everything mankind could possibly need, and above and beyond all their needs they were blessed with so much more to enjoy life to the fullest. But mankind chose to rebel against God and follow evil (Genesis 3:1-6) and that has been the root cause of their downfall to this very day. And through sin all kinds of misery and suffering has dominated the lives of people since sin first entered the world.

However, there is hope, “For God so loved the world that he gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him, should not perish but have eternal life” (John 3:16). It is the precious blood of Jesus Christ that washes our sins and transgressions away. His precious blood that was shed on the cross for the world atones for our sins and brings us into a loving relationship with the Father–Jehovah God Almighty. This means that we have access to the Father through His Son, Jesus Christ, who has become a high priest for all of God’s children.

When I mention the word children of course I’m not speaking of young kids only but I’m referring to the whole human race.We all are children of God if we confess our sins and repent of them and receive His Son Jesus Christ as our Lord and Saviour (Romans 10:9). That’s the word of God and His word is true, so be it known that redemption and salvation is just a prayer away, and God’s grace is sufficient to cover all sins.

If you are like so many of us struggling to make ends meet; weighed down by financial debt; consumed with anxiety and depression; wondering how in the world you are going to make it from day to day, just let me reassure you that you can stand on the word of God. It may very well seem like the bottom is about to fall out and you have no where to turn for real help but the truth is there is real help available and it is not far away at all.

Turn to the one true God (Yahweh, Jehovah) for salvation and deliverance and he will provide for all your needs–all of them. That is why He sent His Son (Jesus Christ) into the world to bring all of mankind into a loving relationship with Him. Jesus Christ is the only way unto the Father (John 14:6), and there is no other name under heaven by which men can be saved (Acts 4:12), that is why He is a faithful and merciful high priest that sits on the right hand of throne of Jehovah God interceding on the behalf of mankind–to this day!

If you are carrying a heavy load and don’t know where to turn just ask Jesus into your life and He will come and give you peace (Psalms 38: 1-22). Whatever your needs are call on the Father through His Son, Jesus Christ and He will provide for all your needs. Jesus said, “Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you shall find; knock and the door will be open. For everyone who asks receives; he who seeks finds; and to him who knocks, the door will be open” (Matthew 7: 7-8).

Whatever we need according to God’s will it will be provided to us…and that’s the truth. However, without faith nothing is possible; with faith all things are possible (Matthew 21:21). We need faith to receive what God has in store for us. We must believe (faith) when we pray that we have already received what we are praying for…and faith comes from hearing (and believing) the word of God.

When we give our life to God and choose to follow His Son Jesus Christ we open the door to wonderful, wonderful blessings that God graciously gives to us but we must trust God with all our heart as well as be obedient to His word and will (Matthew 6: 31-34).

We must exercise faith in all matters and trust God without reservations to experience the blessings He wants to give us.God is love ( 1John 4:8) and it really is His desire that all His children have all they need and even more. He is a loving Father that didn’t even spare His own Son when it came to us; instead, He sacrificed His only begotten Son who became a propitiation for mankind (John 3:16).

Jesus asked the question “Which of you, if his son asks for bread, will he give him a stone? Or if he asks for a fish, will give him a snake? If you, who are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give good gifts to those who ask him”? (Matthew 7:9-11). Trust in God for all your needs and He will take care of you. Whatever your problems might be you don’t have to suffer in silence or turn to other sources that might prove to be a snare.

Jesus is the way and the path that leads to the Father—Jehovah God (John14:6) and in Him there are blessings for all who come to Him with a sincere heart and a honest desire to fellowship and worship Him; after all, He is Jehovah God—”The Almighty”, and He still cares about even the least one of us. Amen.

If you have never received Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour please allow me the opportunity to lead you to Him. Jesus is a loving and caring Saviour that is always ready and willing to accept anyone that wants to pick up his/her cross and follow Him. All you have to do is pray for forgiveness and repent of all your sins, and be baptize. Why not make that choice today? Satan seek to block you every step of the way from following Jesus. He wants you to die in your sins and not receive salvation and redemption that comes through receiving Jesus Christ. Where you spend eternity depend on the choice you make today!

Please pray with me: Holy Father, Almighty Jehovah God, in the name of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ, I bow down and repent of all the sins and transgressions that I have ever committed. Have mercy upon my soul and wash me in the precious blood of your Son, Jesus Christ. Create in me a clean heart and give me your Holy Spirit to guide me and instruct me into doing your will. Amen.

The Holy Bible reassures us that if we confess with our mouth and believe in our heart that God has raised Jesus Christ from the dead we will be saved (Romans 10:9). Hallelujah! Praise God! Now go forth as a new creature in Jesus Christ. Study the word of God and meditate on His statues and precepts while keeping His commandments. Remember to pray always; pray without ceasing, and continue to grow in faith.

If you once received Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour but backslid into sin and shame, please accept this invitation to return to the master and saviour of your soul, Jesus Christ. We all fall so very short of God’s glory, and none of us are in a position to cast a stone at another. We must pray for one another and forgive one another, instead of rudely criticizing our fallen brothers and sisters.

Please pray with me: Heavenly Father, I bow down as humbly as I know how to ask for forgiveness for the sins and transgressions I knowingly committed after receiving and confessing Jesus Christ as my Lord and Saviour. Please forgive me and wash me in the precious blood of the Lamb again, Father God. Create in me a clean heart and renew a right Spirit (Holy Spirit) within me. Deliver me from the clutches of death and deliver me from the power of my tormentors. Thank you Father. Thank you Jesus. Hallelujah! Praise God for evermore. Amen and amen.

May the great God Jehovah, and our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ be with you and keep you until we meet here again. Amen.

Note: Please understand that over time new revelations are given to me to pass on to all that take the time to read the articles/sermons that I post. Therefore, I believe it is imperative that I share these revelations to all who will listen.

In this article/sermon as with all my articles/sermons I use the name Jehovah when referring to the one true God, and I use the name Jesus Christ when referring to the Son of God. However, I want to set the record straight now, and correct this error.

The true historic name of the Father is “Yahawah” spoken in the ancient Hebrew tongue; Jehovah is a translation of that name. Jesus Christ is a modern day misinterpretation of the messiah “Yahawashi”. It is important that we learn to call upon the true name of the Father and the Son. Thank you.
