October 27th, 2009 Making It In a Tough Economy… Real Help Is Available
For many it’s a struggle just to try and get by from day to day, and the prospect of things getting better doesn’t look very promising. It has been reported by reliable sources that the economy hasn’t been this bad since the great depression. And it’s clear to see that there are large numbers of people who for the first time are unemployed and desperately looking for ways to avoid what appears to be pending disaster.
But remember what Jesus said, “Which of you, if his son asks for bread, will give him a stone? Or if he asks for fish, will give him a snake? If you, then, though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give good gifts to those who ask him! (Matthew 7:9-11)Read the full story
