In all my years of living in the United States of America, I never imagined that one day I would see the Capitol building in Washington, D.C. attacked and destroyed by citizens of the United States. People who traveled from all over the country came to Washington on January 6, 2021 under the direction of former President, Donald Trump, to interrupt the congressional certification of newly elected president, Joe Biden. For quite some time many of these zealots had planned and coordinated their efforts to besiege the capitol and even kidnap and kill some of the congress women and men who they deemed their enemies. Hate groups from all over the country joined forces to try their best to destroy our democracy.

They busted through the Capitol doors and wrecked havoc throughout the Capitol. There is only true God in existence, and that God is Yahweh, translated in the English language as Jehovah. The true God that created heaven and earth and all that is. Praise God! There are many so-called gods and goddesses that are worshiped by billions and billions of people around the world. For millennia people have created and worshiped false gods that are actually no gods at all, and why is that you might ask?

When Jesus Christ began His ministry here on earth (He came down from heaven) He was opposed and rejected by most of the Jewish leaders and rabbis of that time…as well as today. He was viewed as a fake and a fraud who lied about His credentials and His true identity. He was hated by many and despised by His own family members. Although He preached the truth and walked humbly before all; nevertheless, He was attacked both verbally and physically by His own countrymen. All He ever wanted to do is to show the people the way unto salvation and redemption, and yet they hated Him without a cause (Genesis 26:57-68).

Although Jesus was a Jew, He was hated and tormented by the Jews because He taught the truth and lived by it. The Jewish leaders sought to discredit him and kill him by the hand of Pilate, the governor of Judea, at that time. Pilate saw no reason for Jesus to be put to death, but the Jewish leaders and rabbis insisted that Pilate have him crucified on the cross. Finally, Pilate gave in and had Jesus crucified on the cross, but through the power of God, Jesus rose from the grave and is now at the right hand of God interceding on our behalf (Matthew 27:11-44).
