Finding Strength In Jehovah God Through His Son Jesus Christ

Witches, Wiccans, diviners, astrologers, fortune tellers, wizards, enchanters, charmers, and those who consult familiar spirits (spiritist), spiritualist, syncretists, necromancers, shamans, occultists, sorcerers, and mystics are all an abomination before Jehovah God and are to be avoided at all cost by God’s holy people (Deuteronomy 18:9-12). In modern times and in many cultures around the world what was once considered taboo has become the norm. All around the world people by the millions practice witchcraft (and millions more have joined up) and many other seemingly innocent rituals and beliefs that are truly based in spiritual darkness.

From so-called third world countries to high tech societies growing numbers of individuals regardless of their socioeconomic status are joining hands in the worshiping of Satan the devil. Make no mistake about it, behind every deep and dark evil practice and belief(s) is an old spirit that has been around longer than religion itself. He is the mastermind behind false worship in all its many forms and practices.

Although there are many who emphatically claim that there is no relation at all between witchcraft, astrology, sorcery, divination, etc. and Satan; however, the truth is, there is one uniting force behind all false religion: Satan the devil! Through out the millenniums he has deceivingly and deceptively led masses down a road of false worship, and he is still the hidden force behind it to this very day. From time antiquity to the present Satan’s desire to be worshiped as a god hasn’t ceased one bit; in fact, it has increased with the passing of each day since his revolt against Jehovah God before the world even existed.

“How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer (later renamed Satan after iniquity was found in him), son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations”. Jehovah God continues His denunciation of Lucifer (Satan the devil), “For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God; I will sit also upon the mount of congregation, in the sides of the north. I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the Most High. Yet thou shalt be brought down to hell, to the sides of the pit” (Isaiah 14: 12-15).

Clearly, you can see how Satan who was originally named Lucifer (morning star), coveted Jehovah and His status as God–creator of all things; including him! He chose to rebel against Jehovah by leading a revolt with fellow angels who chose to worship him (Lucifer/Satan wanted to be God) as opposed to worshiping Jehovah God.

“Son of man (Jehovah God speaking to the prophet Ezekiel), take up a lamentation upon the king of Tyrus (who was filled with the spirit of Lucifer/Satan), and say to him, Thus saith the Lord God (Jehovah); Thou sealest up the sum, full of wisdom. and perfect in beauty. “Thou hast been in the Eden the garden of God; every precious stone was thy covering, the sardius, topaz. and the diamond, the beryl, the onyx, and the jasper, the sapphire, the emerald, and the carbuncle, and gold: the workmanship of thy tabrets and of thy pipes was prepared in thee in the day that thou was created”.

Jehovah continues to denounce Lucifer, “Thou art the anointed cherub that covereth; and I have set thee so; thou wast upon the Holy Mount of God; thou hast walked up and down in the midst of the stones of fire. Thou was perfect in thy ways from the day that thou wast created, til iniquity was found in thee.

By the multitude of thy merchandise they have filled the midst of thee with violence, and thou hast sinned: therefore I will cast thee as profane out of the mountain of God; and I will destroy thee, O covering cherub, from the midst of the fire”
Jehovah God concludes His denunciation of Lucifer (Satan), “Thine heart was lifted up because of thy beauty, thy hast corrupted thy wisdom by reason of thy brightness; I will cast thee to the ground, I will lay thee before kings, that they may behold thee” (Ezekiel 28:12-17).

The name Satan means slanderer/accuser; Satan, once a high ranking cherub in the heavenly army of Jehovah God envied Jehovah so much until he wanted to be worshiped as God by his fellow angels. He was discontent to remain just a high ranking cherub in the army of God only second to Michael the archangel; instead, he insisted on all the angels worshiping him only, and this was the reason for his literal downfall.

“And there was war in heaven; Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels (demons) and prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven. And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world; he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him” (Revelation 12:7-9).

The apostle John continues with his revelation of what he saw and heard, “And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, ‘ now has come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of His Christ; for the accuser of our brethen is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night” (Revelation 12:10).

Satan, and many of the angels (demons) that rebel against Jehovah God right along side Satan is right here on earth! No longer able to stay in heaven where they originally resided; they have been cast down to earth where they are presently operating in the spiritual realm. Make no mistake about it these are evil spirits that are bent on destroying the whole earth and the crown of Jehovah God’s creation–mankind.

“And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads. And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was born” (Revelations 12: 3,4).

Do not be deceived, Satan and the demons that make up his dark kingdom are operating in high gear right here on earth today! These are supernatural beings that are not bound by the physical laws that mankind are bound by such as gravity, space, time, mass, matter, and any and all other properties that govern man’s existence. They are superior to man in every way: knowledge, foresight/foreknowledge, physical strength, and in every way imaginable; however, to say they are totally inferior to Jehovah God would be putting it very, very mildly.

Jehovah, creator of all there is and ever was is omnipotent, omniscient, as well as omnipresent. Satan and his demons are in no way comparable to Jehovah God; they are inferior in every way, but they want to give the impression to their followers that they are greater and more powerful than Jehovah God–they are not!

Those who choose to follow and worship Satan in all his many titles and practices (Morning star, Lucifer, Dagon, Beelzebub, Bapthomet, Molech, Marduk, Sin, Mother Earth, Ella, Sybil, Mother Nature, Mother Earth, Isis, Osiris, Horus, Ishtar, Ella, Sybil, Astarte, Diana, Mary (mother of God), and Rain Man, are just a few of the so-called gods and goddesses that Satan cleverly disguises himself as, along with practices, beliefs, and false doctrines he uses to further lead mankind down a dark road of lies and deceit: Buddhism, Islam, Catholicism, False Christianity, Shamanism, Spiritism, Spiritualism, Mysticism, Hinduism, Judaism, Wicca, and many, many more are just a very small sampling of demonic doctrines perpetuated by these so called religions.

And add in all types of false teachings and false faiths mentioned in the first paragraph, you can quickly begin to see how he (Lucifer/Satan) has successfully misled the whole world down a road of damnation and alienation from true worship of the Most High God Jehovah; our creator and only source of life.

“In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. And the earth was without form, and void; and the darkness was upon the face of the waters. And God said, ‘Let there be light’ and there was light. And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from darkness. And God called the light Day, and the darkness He called Night. And the evening and the morning was the first day” (Genesis 1: 1-5).

There are many that have been given the erroneous title of “creator” of heaven and earth, as well as mankind’s creator in particular, but the “Holy Bible” gives Christians a true account of the master creator of everything including mankind (Genesis 1: 1-31). Satan, the author of lies (John 8:44) tries in every way to discredit Jehovah (Yahweh) God as creator of heaven and earth and every thing that exist including mankind. He denounces Jehovah as a liar and a selfish God that is evil and self centered.

“Now the serpent was more subtil than any beast of the field which the Lord God had made. And he said unto the woman (Eve), ‘Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of the every tree of the garden’ ? And the woman said unto the serpent, ‘ We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden: But the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, ‘ Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die’. And the serpent said unto the woman, ‘ Ye shall not surely die: For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil’.

And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also to her husband (Adam) with her; and he did eat (Genesis 3:1-6).

Through lies and trickery Satan has cleverly misled mankind into following him into a world of darkness and eternal damnation. He has falsely accused Jehovah of being a lying God that is not to be trusted at all; in reality it is him who is the father of lies, and that is his native tongue according to Jesus Christ (John 8:43,44). Satan’s attempt to usurp Jehovah and be worshiped as a God dates back much further than his deception of Eve, long before that he rebelled against Jehovah before he was cast out of heaven (Revelation 12:7-10).

From the tragic deception of Eve (along with her husband Adam) up to this very day Satan continues to deceive mankind with all his lies and false teachings and false doctrines that leads mankind into further darkness away from worshiping the one true God Jehovah in spirit and truth. One of the fastest growing forms of false worship is witchcraft or Wicca. All around the world this cult of men and women as well as boys and girls continue to increase in numbers by leaps and bounds.

Throughout history Witchcraft/Wicca has been practiced by both men and women but more often than not by women; however, today there is a large number of men who openly practice witchcraft both in covens and alone. With the wide spread help of extremely popular movies and television shows witches have become very popular and well received even in so-called Christian nations around the world. The rapid growth has caught long time practitioners and coven leaders by surprise as they scramble to make room for the unprecedented growth they are now experiencing.

Witches who were once thought to be ugly and gruesome in appearance are now looked at totally different because of the many high profile females that are indeed very attractive in appearance and are educated and well spoken. Actresses like Elizabeth Montgomery and popular singers like Stevie Nicks and Sarah McLachlan who have help to dispel old folklore about witches being ugly and distestable in appearance.

These high profile (although Elizabeth Montgomery is deceased her memory as an actress portraying a witch is very much alive and celebrated today) individuals have given witches or Wiccans a whole new lease on life. Many witches have high profile careers and were formally educated in leading universities around the world and are viewed by the public (at least large segments) favorably. Their ability to bring fresh new life into the covens has proved to be invaluable. Witchcraft/Wicca has become one of the fastest growing cults in the world. Some of the richest,wealthiest and most famous people in the world are witches.

Some of the most powerful politicians are witches as well, and even some governments throughout the world are heavily influenced by witches. Witchcraft is no longer practiced in solitaire in some remote location in fear of the public; instead, witchcraft is openly accepted in practically every part of the world, and if it is practiced at all in secret in secluded locales it is only because they desire to do so. Witchcraft has gone public and has received a standing ovation by the masses–but not everyone is in agreement.

Jehovah God has always been opposed to witchcraft and those that ply the trade (Deuteronomy 18:10-13). Casting spells by means of demonic assistance is an abomination before God. Witchcraft is evil and there is no good that can come out of it. Many witches claim that they are good witches and they only practice so called “white magic”. Make no mistake about it there is no good devil and Satan the devil is the spirit behind witchcraft. This is the spirit (Satan) that gives witches their power and authority.

Many witches will disclaim this statement as a false accusation against them and all that they stand for; however, the truth is that all false worship in its many forms and convoluted doctrines are rooted in darkness-Satanic darkness. There are only two spirits in operation in the world: spirit of light (Holy Spirit) and the spirit of darkness (Satan).

Jehovah God is the God of light who is “Holy and Righteous”, Satan, is the spirit of darkness and he is the originator of witchcraft and all other forms of false worship in existence today as well as the ancient past. No practitioner of any of the millions and millions of false religions can exclude themselves from being associated with Satan and his kingdom of darkness.

Although many (practitioners of witchcraft) claim and point to all the good they do as witches, they cannot truthfully refute the fact that Satan is the father of false religion and false worship; though they continue to state vehemently that they are not tied in any way to satanic worshiping or satanic practices (Satan is the father of witchcraft and spellbinding);however, the truth (Jesus Christ) is the light and the truth will set you free ( John 14:6).

Satan, is ruthless in every way and he is especially ruthless when it comes to attacking Jehovah’s crown of creation–mankind. Even though it’s true he successfully broke the harmonious union that had existed between Jehovah and Adam (and his wife Eve) and through their fall from grace they brought death into the world and death to their offspring that was yet to be born. Through Satan death entered the world but Jehovah’s love for mankind made a way for mankind’s redemption (eternal life) right away (Genesis 3:15).

For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life (John 3:16). Through Jesus Christ salvation and deliverance is freely given to any and everyone that wants it. There is no other name under heaven by which men can be saved (Acts 4:12). There is only one true light in the world and Jesus Christ is that light (John 9:5). Witchcraft is darkness and all who practice such works live in darkness, but salvation and deliverance is available to those who want to come out of it.

Through Jesus Christ came redemption for all lost souls who live in darkness alienated from the love of God. Jesus Christ became the “Sacrificial Lamb” whose blood washed us clean from all demonic strongholds that Satan, the prince of darkness uses to keep us locked in captivity.

Jesus broke all satanic strongholds when He finished the work on the cross through His death. There is no power on earth or under the earth that is stronger and more powerful than Jesus Christ. Jehovah God imbued His Son Jesus with all power (Matthew 28:18-20).

In conclusion, there is no other way unto salvation except through Jesus Christ. Witchcraft or Wicca is darkness; it is in direct violation of all of Jehovah’s laws and commandments and it is a path that leads to eternal damnation (Revelations 20:10; Rev. 22:13-15), but Jesus Christ is the author of our salvation and He continues to reach out to all of mankind to give us life (John 14:6).

Jesus Christ is a loving and caring Saviour that died on the cross and suffered an agonizing death for our sake! Jesus atoned for our sins on the cross, and He now resides in heaven where He intercedes on our behalf before Jehovah God; Jesus is our eternal high priest that can never die again but will return to receive His people and to war against His enemies with the word of His mouth (1Thessoloanians 4:16,17).

If you are contemplating possibly becoming a witch or joining up with some coven, please take a moment before you do and listen to what I’m saying. Jesus Christ is always at the door of your heart patiently waiting and hoping that you will invite Him into your life to be your Lord and Saviour (John 14:23,24) . Jesus is love and love is longsuffering; love is kind, and love never fail (1Coriththians 13:1-8). Jesus long for a loving relationship with you and His desire for you is for you to have life, and to have it more abundantly (John 10:10). Why continue to live a life of wickedness with only the prospect of eternal damnation?

I pray for your deliverance out of darkness but ultimately it is your choice. The word of God (Jesus Christ) shines into darkness to lead all who choose to come out into the light. True freedom can only be achieved through the repentance and acceptance of Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour. Jesus is just a prayer away to all those who wish to come unto Him. Don’t allow Satan to keep you shackled and chained in darkness any longer. Jesus loves You. Amen

God is love, and it is Jehovah God’s will that all of mankind be saved. That’s why God sent His only begotten Son into the world to save the world from their sins (John 3:16).

Now you must be baptize in the water, and make a public declaration that you are now a servant of Jehovah God, and a new disciple of Jesus Christ, the Son of God. The holy scriptures tells us that if we confess with our mouth and believe in our heart that God raised Jesus Christ from the dead we will be saved (Romans 10:9). Now continue to pray that Jehovah God will lead you to a place of worship where you can be baptized and nurtured as a new Christian. Sturdy the bible and pray without ceasing; God will guide you and instruct you on doing His will. Hallelujah!
