Finding Strength In Jehovah God Through His Son Jesus Christ

Since the creation of mankind a nefarious presence has stalked man with the intentions of leading him away from a close and personal relationship with the Father—Jehovah God. Long before mankind existed there existed an evil force that was rooted and nurtured in rebelliousness—rebelliousness against the one true God, Jehovah.

“The word of the Lord came to me: ‘Son of man, take up a lament concerning the king of Tyre and say to him: This is what the Sovereign Lord says: You were the model of perfection, full of wisdom and perfect in beauty. You were in Eden, the garden of God; every precious stone adorned you: ruby, topaz and emerald, chrysolite, onyx and jasper, sapphire, turquoise and beryl. Your settings and mountings were made of gold; on the day you were created they were prepared.’ ”

The Lord continues to speak to His servant Ezekiel, ” ‘You were anointed as a guardian cherub, for so I ordained you. You were on the holy mount of God; you walked among the fiery stones. You were blameless in your ways from the day you were created till wickedness was found in you. Through your widespread trade you were filled with violence, and you sinned. So I drove you in disgrace from the mount of God, and I expelled you, O guardian cherub, from among the fiery stones’ “.

God continues His denunciation of Lucifer (guardian cherub) whose name was subsequently changed to Satan (slanderer) after his rebellious move against God. ” ‘Your heart became proud on account of your beauty, and you corrupted your wisdom because of your splendor. So I threw you to the earth; I made a spectacle of you before kings’ “(Ezekiel 28:11-17).

It is true, “In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth and everything within it, (Genesis 1:1-31; Colossians 1:1-20) along with His Son Jesus Christ (Genesis 1:26) including the angelic creatures. For a period of time all the angelic creatures worshiped Jehovah God and remained obedient to God’s word and will until iniquity was first found in one—Lucifer, as stated above. Lucifer became proud and arrogant and demanded that his fellow angels worship him as oppose to worshiping God.

Lucifer, was not content being a leading cherub that has been described as more beautiful than any other angel in appearance, and not to mention being filled with wisdom as well. But his subsequent fall from grace resulted in him losing all of his visible beauty as well as his wisdom. Today, this spirit creature still does exist and unfortunately for us he resides right here on earth (Revelations 7:7-17).

His purpose is to defy Jehovah God in every way that he can, and lead all of mankind away from true worship and blind them with lies that keep them chained and shackled in darkness (John 8:44).

Satan is the enemy of Jehovah God and our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ and all those that profess to be followers of Christ. As his destination draws closer and closer (Revelations 20:7-10) he continues to intensify his ultimate plan for human mass destruction and annihilation, but far more important than a mere physical death for mankind; Satan master plan is to see that no one receives salvation and redemption through Jesus Christ, and those that have already receive salvation through Jesus Christ, will be under constant attacks by the kingdom of darkness to cause them to renounce Christ and return to darkness.

Since the creation of mankind Satan has deliberately tried to seduce mankind into disobeying the word and will of Jehovah God through lies and trickery…and unfortunately he has been extremely successful. The down fall of man can be attributed directly to Satan (Genesis 1:1-23).

Before Adam and Eve revolt against God the world was perfect and everything within it as well. Before sin entered into the world there was no sickness, disease, starvation, or murder. These plagues are a direct manifestation of sin. Sin, and sin alone is the result of rebelling against the word of God.

“How you have fallen from heaven, O morning star, son of the dawn! You have been cast down to the earth, you who once laid low the nations! You said in your heart, ” ‘ I will ascend to heaven; I will raise my throne above the stars of God; I will sit enthroned on the mount of assembly, on the utmost heights of the sacred mountain. I will ascend above the tops of the clouds; I will make myself like the Most High. But you are brought down to the grave, to the depths of the pit” (Isaiah 14:12-15).

Before sin entered into the world there was only peace, prosperity, happiness, blessedness, love, goodwill, and a close personal relationship between God the Father and Adam and Eve; however, after choosing to rebel against God by following the advice of Satan, Adam and Eve’s submission to sin has brought about horrific consequences for the whole world even to this very day! But Jehovah’s love for mankind did not end there with the rebellious couple sinning against Him; instead, God immediately made plans for salvation and redemption for fallen mankind (Genesis 3:15).

It is Satan’s will and desire that the whole human race die in their sins and be forever banned from the love and glory of God. It is his desire that we are tormented day and night forever and ever because we rejected the Son of God as our Saviour and chose to live a rebellious life—following the prince of darkness (Satan, himself). That’s why Satan and the whole kingdom of darkness do their level best to keep the word of God away from as many people as they possibly can. That’s why the powers of darkness wage a relentless war against those who carry the gospel around the world.

Each and every minute of the day Satan’s kingdom is working furiously to blind the people of the world with lies, deceit, trickery, and deception in an all out effort to keep the world in the dark. Jesus Christ is the light (Matthew 5:14-16) that truly reveals the darkness and all that it stands for (John 1:5). Jesus Christ is the true light that stands as a beacon to lead all of mankind into the eternal light that can never be put out by Satan and his kingdom (John 8:12).

Jesus Christ came down from heaven to become the “Sacrificial Lamb” for the whole world. It is His precious blood that cleanses us from sin and all unrighteousness. Through Jesus Christ we have redemption and a new birth. There is only one name under heaven whereby men can be saved, and that name is Jesus Christ (Acts 4:12). It was Jesus Christ, and Jesus Christ alone who died on Calvary Hill for the remission of sins for the whole world. Jesus Christ is the author of our salvation and through His death and suffering on the cross we are saved—if we accept Him as our Lord and Saviour.

Satan the devil has a vast kingdom heavily populated by wicked demons that were once angels who dwelt in heaven until they were kicked out for their rebelliousness and subsequent revolt that was led by Satan. The number of these fallen angels are so great (Revelation 12:3,4) until there is no known number that can begin to quantify the exact number of them that was forced out of heaven (Revelations 12:7-9). Some of them were relegated to the earth while others were forced into the abyss (bottomless pit) until judgement day where they will be held in chains for a thousand years (Revelations 20:1-3).

There are many who would have you to believe that the so called “Word of God” is nothing more than a fairy tale, or at best, literature that is not to be taken as truth. Remember, Satan, works through people of the world to help keep truth seekers from ever coming into the knowledge of the truth. Leading educators, and intellectuals, religious critics, scientists, and many religious leaders take pride in denouncing the “Holy Scriptures” and all but laughing at those who would dare accept it as truth.

World leaders, heads of governments, along side world famous entertainers, artists, and athletes take turns dismissing God’s word as nothing more than a lie that is not to be believed. Many rich and powerful men and women align themselves against God’s holy word and defend their position with every ounce of fight they can possibly muster up, and Satan wouldn’t have it any other way. You can believe that he is the driving force behind the denunciation of the word and will of Jehovah God and our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.

Satan knows that his destination is sealed and cannot be changed, but yours can! Jesus Christ is still calling out today to the unsaved, and His message is still all about love: love for all of mankind, and the prospect for eternal salvation and redemption for everyone–not just a certain select group. Jesus is love, and His love continues to reach out to everyone that He possibly can reach out to. Jesus died for us all and He lovingly did so without any reservations whatsoever. None!

In closing, Jesus Christ is still saving souls today just like He did when He walked the earth over two thousand years ago. He is our eternal high priest that is at the right hand throne of the Father interceding on our behalf. Jesus is only a heart felt prayer away, and you can reach Him just by calling out His name in sincerity and truth. There is no special incantation or secret ritual that must be recited or done; none of that, Jesus is always standing by the door of your heart waiting patiently for you to allow Him to come on in.

Trust Jesus to be your Lord and Saviour and give your life to Him. He is willing and ready to receive you right now and there’s never a charge. Jesus Christ died for you and me and now He lives for you and me at the right hand throne of the Father—Jehovah God. Day and night Jesus intercedes on our behalf.

Please pray with me: Holy Father—Almighty Jehovah God in the name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, I bow done before you and I ask for your forgiveness for the sins and transgressions that testify against me to this very minute. Holy Father, please forgive me and wash me in the precious blood of Jesus. Father have mercy on my soul as I repent of all the wrongdoing I have ever done.

Cleanse me of all filth and create in me a clean heart and give me your “Holy Spirit” to guide me into doing your will. Father, we ask for your holy protection in all that we do, and we pray that you will strengthen us to bring forth good fruit. Father, help us all to be productive workers in your kingdom as we carry the gospel throughout the world. Amen.

Now go and be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ. Pray, and ask Jehovah God to lead you to a place of true worship where you can be baptized in the water, and begin to grow in the word and will of Jehovah God, and our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. Hallelujah!

If you have already received Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour, but at some point you abandon your faith, and returned to following Satan; please accept this invitation as an opportunity to return to the one that died on Calvary Hill for your sins and mine. Jesus stands at the door of your heart waiting patiently for you to invite Him back into your life. Please pray with me: Please pray with me: Holy Father, Almighty Jehovah God, I repent of all the sins I have committed after receiving Jesus Christ, as my Lord and Saviour. I crucified Jesus all over again with my willful sinning, all the while knowing that what I was doing was wrong. Father, have mercy upon my soul and deliver me from darkness. Please receive me back into the fold today, Father. I promise to pick up my cross and follow Jesus until the end.

Have mercy on my soul and wash me in the precious blood of the Jesus Christ, the Son of God, who died on Calvary Hill, for the remission of sins for the whole world. Give me your “Holy Spirit” to guide me and lead me into doing your will. Thank you Father.
